Error: Cannot retrieve properties for <filename> (in Preview due to file open).
Error:
Cannot retrieve properties for '<filename>'.
Cause:
The file is actually open when in preview.
Solution:
Try to view the properties before Word opens the file in preview.
1) Select another filename in the dialog box.
2) Select the file that was originally the one to be viewed.
3) IMMEDIATELY click the right mouse button. (A menu appears.)
4) Select 'Properties...'. (The 'Properties' dialog box appears.)
